UI improvements in Weld Playback statistics view

Some minor improvements were made to the Statistics view in Weld Playback.

Internal changes to fault data

The Faults array in the weld playback record was changed from int[] to uint[]. This prevents 16-bit fault words being incorrectly sign-extended. It only affects data supplied to the COM interface in WeldPlaybackInterface.
