This page provides information about a set of significant changes to TFW Applications released on 8 March 2024.

Fixed Setup to install WebView2Loader.dll

Recent Microsoft updates changed the location of WebView2Loader.dll and Setup hadn't caught up. As a result, applications that called for TFWHelp were crashing with a missing dll exception. Setup has now caught up and this problem is fixed.

Validation in Parameter Definition UI

It was previously possible to create (or import) invalid parameter definitions which could subsequently cause problems in Welder. The UI now validates parameter definitions before saving (including saving after import).
